Willow tree

A whisper through the willow tree above, 

a slow recline and a gentle touch. 

Fingers intertwine, a mangrove mystery,

thoughts and mind calm 

the easiest it has been, 

she rolls her shoulder and tucks into your side

are you surprised? 

an exploratory trace, as worries recede. 

Come lie here, let’s just be still.
